PTSD Anonymous (PTSDA) is a peer-led support fellowship for anyone living with post-traumatic stress, whether from combat, abuse, accidents, loss, or other trauma. The group uses a 12-step recovery model adapted from Alcoholics Anonymous to provide a safe, confidential space for sharing, listening, and healing. No diagnosis is required, and all are welcome.
Why It Helps:
PTSDA offers understanding and hope through lived experience. Members support one another on the journey to recovery, without judgment or pressure. Meetings are free, anonymous, and open to anyone seeking relief from PTSD symptoms.
